BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

At Style Struck, every styling experience is personal. These terms are here to keep things simple and ensure we're both clear about the arrangements.

Bookings & Payments

All styling services are arranged directly with me. Prices, payment details and appointment arrangements will be confirmed before booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please let me know as soon as possible and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

Any refunds or cancellation charges will be considered fairly, taking into account the circumstances, any work already completed and your statutory rights.

Styling Services

All services are tailored to your individual needs and preferences. Clothing recommendations are subject to availability, and any purchases are made separately with the relevant retailers.

Your Consumer Rights

For services booked remotely, you will generally have a 14-day statutory cancellation period. If you request that work begins during this period, I'll explain any implications before starting.

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under UK consumer law.
